The above editing rates are average rates based on double-spaced pages at 300 words per page. Depending on the quality of writing a "heavier" edit may be required and a surcharge may apply. A heavier edit requires more time and thus it is reflected in the rates. Your document will be reviewed and an estimated fee will be calculated.

Microsoft Word's tracking and comments system is used so you will always know what corrections and changes have been made to your document. MS tracking allows you to reject or accept changes.

Proofreading includes: spelling, language usage, grammar and other inconsistencies.
Editing includes: proper word usage, repetition of words, left out words, colloquialisms, passive verbs, subject verb agreement, avoiding bias, redundancies and content organization.
